How to start your day most effectively

I start my day with 1 litre of Luke warm water with lemon in it. you can start with 1 glass water and gradually increase it. It helps in easy bowl movement and hydrate your body that is much needed first in the morning.

then after 2 hours, around 9 AM I take my breakfast which is mixture of overnight soaked seeds like flaxseeds, chia seeds, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, watermelon seeds. soaked almonds or walnuts. with this oats/upma/sprouts etc.
