I am a weight loss expert. with personal experience of losing 55kg weight. believes in natural nutrition and exercise to loose weight in a healthy way.
I start my day with 1 litre of Luke warm water with lemon in it. you can start with 1 glass water and gradually increase it. It helps in easy bowl movement and hydrate your body that is much needed first in the morning.
then after 2 hours, around 9 AM I take my breakfast which is mixture of overnight soaked seeds like flaxseeds, chia seeds, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, watermelon seeds. soaked almonds or walnuts. with this oats/upma/sprouts etc.
workout is important to loose fat. by walking, jogging, cardio you can keep your heart and lungs healthy. cardiovascular exercises are important for proper blood circulation in whole body which contains oxygen also.
It also increases your stamina which in turn improves your metabolism and immune power.
Strength workout benefit-
helps loose weight/fat (more muscle you have, easy the fast loss)
Increases your muscular strength ( you will feel stronger and will find you can lift weight in your daily household work much easier)
Increases your muscular endurance (increases the ability to lift weight for longer time)
you will feel energetic and very less tired at the end of the day.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is the most important factor to loose weight. To loose weight in a healthy manner everyone should follow a nutrition rich diet plan.
the nutrition plan must have complex carbs, protein from natural sources, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
for weight loss your nutrition plan must comprise 2 portions of carbs, 1 portion of protein, 1 portion of healthy fats.
3. Sleep
sleep is one of the most important factor to loose weight. many people don’t know that , we only loose fat while we are sleeping. quality sleep is really essential to grow and repair muscle and loose fat.
On august 2017 my weight was 135 kg. It took a great effort to start. My inspiration to start this voyage of weight loss is my health concern.
Started from brisk walking in nursery park and eventually it goes to 8 to 10km of fast walking at a stretch every day.
There are many hurdles in the path to reach my goal, such as severe pain in the legs, hunger cravings, rashes in thighs, cramps in legs, feeling to surrender on every succeeding day during consistently following the precise routine.
But the courage of accomplishment kept me going. Beside this, consuming a proper diet at regular intervals helped me a ton.
So, in almost 5 months I reduced 30 kg of weight.
After that i joined a gym for strengthening of body. As muscular strength is also an important part of body. There i reduced another 20 kg with proper training and nutrition.
The foremost important thing i experienced in my weight loss journey is persistent efforts with optimistic approach will be the key to reach your goal.
