My Journey of losing 55kg weight naturally

135KG TO 85KG (ALL NATURAL)

Its been a long journey of One year.

On august 2017 my weight was 135
kg. It took a great effort to start. My inspiration to start this voyage of weight loss is my health concern.

Started from brisk walking in nursery park and eventually it goes to 8 to 10 km of fast walking at a stretch every day.

There are many hurdles in the path to reach my goal, such as severe pain in the legs, hunger cravings, rashes in thighs, cramps in legs, feeling to surrender on every succeeding day
during consistently following the precise routine.

But the courage of accomplishment kept me going. Beside this, consuming a proper diet at regular intervals helped me a ton.

So, in almost 5 months I reduced 30 kg of weight.

After that i joined a gym for strengthening of body. As muscular strength is also an important part of body. There i reduced another 20 kg with proper training and nutrition.

The foremost important thing i experienced in my weight loss journey
is persistent efforts with optimistic approach will be the key to reach your goal.
